Player Wellbeing

Responsible Gaming at dj999

We believe gaming should always be fun and in control. Explore our tools designed to keep your experience safe and enjoyable.

21+

This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling below the age limit is forbidden at dj999.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At dj999, we take player wellbeing seriously. Gaming is meant to be a source of entertainment — not a financial solution or an escape from everyday problems. We have built a suite of tools and resources specifically to help our Bangladeshi players stay in control.

We understand that for the vast majority of our players, gambling is a leisure activity enjoyed responsibly. However, for a small number of individuals, it can become problematic. dj999 is dedicated to providing the information, tools, and support needed to prevent gambling from reaching that stage, or to help those who may already be experiencing difficulties.

Our responsible gaming framework applies to all products on dj999 — whether you are placing cricket bets on the BPL, spinning slots, or enjoying our live casino tables. The same commitment to player safety covers every corner of the platform.

⚠️

If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm — or affecting your family — please stop playing and reach out to our support team immediately. Help is available. You are not alone.

How to Activate These Tools

Using our responsible gaming features is straightforward. Here is how to access each one through your dj999 account.

Setting a Deposit Limit

Log in to your dj999 account and navigate to Account Settings. Under the Responsible Gaming section, select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap that suits your budget. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered in real-time — increases take 7 days to activate for your protection.

Requesting Self-Exclusion

Contact our support team at [email protected] and request a self-exclusion period. You can choose a temporary exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent closure. During this period you will not be able to log in or deposit. If you need an immediate block, our team can action this within minutes.

Using the Time-Out Feature

In Account Settings, select Time-Out and choose your preferred break duration: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains open and your balance is preserved. You can return to playing once the time-out period has expired naturally — it cannot be shortened once activated.

Is Gambling Becoming a Problem?

If you recognise any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, it may be time to take a break and seek support.

  • Do you bet with money you cannot afford to lose?
  • Have you tried to win back money you lost, and kept losing more?
  • Has gambling caused problems in your relationships or at work?
  • Do you feel the urge to gamble even when you have decided to stop?
  • Have you borrowed money or sold belongings to fund gambling?
  • Do you hide or lie about how much time or money you spend on gambling?

If you answered yes to two or more of these, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team or use one of our responsible gaming tools above.

Common Questions

dj999 is for adults aged 21 and above only. All players must verify their age during registration. Gambling should only be done using money you can comfortably afford to lose, and it should always be treated as entertainment, not as a way to earn income.
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and find the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit happens immediately. Raising a limit requires a 7-day waiting period to ensure your protection.
Self-exclusion means voluntarily blocking yourself from accessing your dj999 account for a set period. You can request this by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Options include 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed until the period ends.
No. A time-out temporarily suspends your ability to log in, place bets, or make deposits for the chosen duration — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account and balance are preserved and will be accessible once the time-out expires. The period cannot be shortened once started.
The first step is to acknowledge it — that takes courage. Stop playing immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] to request a self-exclusion or account lock. Reach out to a trusted friend or family member. Seek professional help if needed. There is no shame in asking for support — it is the responsible choice.
